Whether you are completely new to using the Pilates Reformer apparatus, or you need a refresher on the basics, then please register for this class. The instructor will provide basic level descriptions of the "anatomy" of the apparatus (such as foot bar, carriage, handles, etc.) as well as lead students through variations and modifications for a safe and effective exercise session. The instructor will tailor the class to suit those in the basic to intermediate level, so please register on your Invited App to reserve your Reformer.
